AgentMetrics: Health Companion
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
In short: AgentMetrics is a companion for your physical and mental health, your energy and your money. To do that it keeps what you tell it, and — only if you allow it — reads a daily summary from Apple Health.
We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use Apple Health data for marketing. AI replies are generated by AgentMetrics’ AI. You can delete your account and its data from the app at any time.
1. Who we are
AgentMetrics (the app “AgentMetrics: Health Companion” and agentmetrics.co) is operated by WALLPAY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY & RISK ANALYTIC SERVICES, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a company in Mexico (“we”, “us”), the developer listed on the App Store. We decide how your data is used (the “controller”).
Contact us for anything about your privacy at agentmetrics.co/support (choose “Privacy request”).
2. What we collect
Your account
- Your email address, or your Sign in with Apple identifier and the name Apple shares if you choose to.
- Your language and time zone.
- When you sign in with an email code: the email and the IP address used, kept 7 days to prevent abuse.
What you share with your companion
- Your messages and the companion’s replies.
- Voice. Voice messages are turned into text and the audio is not kept. In a live voice call your voice streams from your phone to AgentMetrics’ AI to generate the reply; we keep the transcript, not the audio.
- Photos you choose to share. They are stored in your account and read by AI to answer you; when a photo is a lab report, its results are saved to your health records.
- Screenshots, only when you ask the companion to go through them: the most recent ones from the last 30 days (up to 60) are uploaded and read the same way as photos.
- Medications and when you take them, appointments, reminders, notes, expenses and savings goals.
Apple Health, only with your permission
- Sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, active and resting energy, workouts, mindful minutes, and your breathing rate, blood oxygen and wrist temperature while you sleep. The app sends a daily summary of the last 14 days (for example, hours slept and average resting heart rate), not every sample, split by the kind of device or app that measured it (for example Apple Watch, iPhone or WHOOP) so each number comes from one device and two are never added together. Your devices’ names are not sent.
- For your ages: your date of birth, sex and height, and your watch’s VO₂ max estimate. If you told the companion your age or height yourself, what Apple Health says doesn’t overwrite it.
- The only thing AgentMetrics writes to Apple Health is the breathing minute you do in the app, as Mindful Minutes.
- To show whether a device like Oura or Garmin is already sending data to Apple Health, the app checks on your phone which apps wrote that data; only the kind of device goes with the daily summary above.
WHOOP or Oura, only if you connect them
- Recovery, sleep, readiness, activity (including steps), strain and workout data from that account, and the sign-in that lets us read it, until you disconnect it. Disconnecting deletes what that device sent.
What the companion works out
- Memories, so it doesn’t make you repeat yourself: facts about you it learns from your conversations (when one changes, it keeps the earlier version so it understands what changed), and a short summary of each day you talk.
- Mood estimates from what you write (energy, stress and a short note), shown in the Mental section.
- Short written insights for each section (Physical, Mental, Energy, Finances, Health).
- Your ages (body, brain and energy): worked out from your health data, your lab results and what you log to eat and drink, plus your date of birth or the age you tell it, your sex, your height and whether you smoke tobacco. One snapshot a month is kept so you can see how they change. They are a wellness reading against people your age, never a diagnosis.
- Your life expectancy: worked out from the United Nations’ life tables for your country, your age and sex, and the same health data, plus what you choose to tell the companion — whether you use cannabis, how many hours you work and your country. One number a day is kept so you can see how it moves. It is a wellness estimate from large studies, never a diagnosis or a date.
- Your phone time, only if you share it: AgentMetrics can’t read your iPhone’s Screen Time. If you send a screenshot of it, or tell the companion, we keep your daily average and the apps on it with their time, to show how much of your time they take. Send a new one or ask the companion to forget it at any time.
- More from Apple Health, only for what you allow, one permission at a time: your weight and body fat from your scale, blood pressure, glucose, how you walk (speed, step length, steadiness), time in daylight, breathing disturbances while you sleep, sound levels around you and in your headphones, the water, caffeine and drinks you log, your menstrual cycle, the moods and mood questionnaires you record, your watch’s heart, breathing and steadiness notifications, your medications and the doses you log (iOS 26) and, where your hospital sends them to Apple Health (US, Canada, UK), your lab results. They are shown back to you as wellbeing readings, never a diagnosis.
- From your phone, only if you allow each one: minutes in a vehicle, walking, running or cycling (Motion); how many minutes a day you spend in meetings, counted on your phone from your calendar (titles, places and people never leave your phone, and we never change your calendar); and your approximate area (about 1 km, your town) when you open the app, to help when you travel.
- With full access to Photos, the app looks at today’s photos on your phone to find pictures of food (on the device; nothing is sent to decide) and asks you before logging them. Only the photos you say yes to are sent.
- Your track record: the changes the companion suggested and you agreed to try (to live longer, or for your mood, weight, energy, sleep, food or money), whether you started, achieved or dropped each one, and how your numbers moved.
- Goals you set by talking with it (for example, reading 30 minutes a day or spending less on food): which sections each one belongs to, and its progress, from what you tell it or from the data you already share (steps, sleep, meals, expenses).
Your spiritual path (“Tu camino”), only if you say yes
- If you talk about your faith or a spiritual practice, the companion may ask once whether you’d like it to accompany you. Only if you say yes do we keep: your tradition or belief in your own words, the qualities you chose to work on and your intention, the practices you tell it about (for example prayer, meditation or reading), the hard moments you share and when you let them go, and your answers to a short monthly question (1 to 5).
- Religious or philosophical beliefs are sensitive data: we use them only to accompany you on that path, with your explicit consent, and never for advertising. Ask the companion to forget your path and all of it is deleted, or delete your account.
- The reading of the day is quoted from public-domain or openly licensed sources (bible.helloao.org, Sefaria, alquran.cloud). They only receive which passage to show, never anything about you.
Your birth chart, only if you ask for it
- If you ask for your birth chart or your horoscope and tell the companion the time and city where you were born, we keep them (with the city’s coordinates and time zone) so it never has to ask again. The chart is computed on our servers; nothing about you goes anywhere else for it.
Purchases
- Apple handles payment. We receive the subscription details (plan, dates, price, currency and country of the store), never your card.
Device and diagnostics
- A random install identifier, app version, iOS version and device model; errors, crash and performance reports; and your notification token. These contain no message content.
- When the app shows you an error, it sends us a report about it by itself: the screen, the error, the request it belongs to, the app’s last steps before it, your device model and versions. No message content.
- Problem reports you choose to send, with the note you write if you add one.
- For each reply, a technical record of how it was made: the context and data the companion used, the tools it ran and what they returned, and which model answered. It is how we find and fix its mistakes.
- Each time the companion could write to you first, what it decided: what it could have brought up, the message it sent or would have sent, why it chose to stay quiet when it did, and which model decided.
- When you report a reply, the conversation around it (the messages before it and right after it, with that record) is saved with your report so we can see what went wrong. We review it, with the help of our AI tools, to fix the mistake.
What we don’t collect
- Your GPS location. When a reply needs local information, we estimate your city from your time zone.
- Your phone contacts, browsing history, or data from other apps beyond what you allow in Apple Health.
3. How we use it
- To run the companion: understand you, reply, remind you, and show your sections.
- To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- To find and fix problems in the app.
- To manage your trial and subscription.
- To send what you asked for: sign-in codes by email and the notifications you turn on.
- To decide when and how the companion writes to you first (a follow-up on how you feel, an appointment that just happened, your week): it looks at how you answer its messages — how often, at what time of day, how long your messages are, and a few of your recent messages — and keeps a short note about it in your account. You see that note and choose how it talks to you in the app’s menu (Your creature › How you want me to talk to you), where you can also turn off each kind of message. It never writes during your usual sleeping hours, which it takes from your sleep data.
- To get to know how you feel: the morning message can bring up to three one-tap questions about your body, your mood and your energy. Your answers are saved by day in your account, next to your other health data, so the companion and your sections can compare how you felt with what your body data says. Answering is optional, and they are deleted with your account.
- To run the short experiments you agree to (for example, five days of dinner before 9 pm): we keep what you are trying, the days you said you did it and the result against your own numbers, so the companion can tell you what changed. You can stop one at any time.
We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or show ads. We don’t use your data to train AI models.
4. Apple Health data
- We use it only to give you the companion’s reflections and insights about your health.
- We never use it, or share it with anyone, for advertising, marketing or data mining, and we never sell it.
- It is shared only with the service providers that run AgentMetrics for us (section 6) — for example, to generate a reply that mentions how you slept.
- We don’t store it in iCloud.
- You can stop access anytime in iOS Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › AgentMetrics.
AgentMetrics is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything. It does not replace a doctor, a therapist or emergency services.
5. Artificial intelligence
Before AgentMetrics’ AI processes anything of yours, the app asks for your explicit permission. If you choose “Not now”, nothing of yours is processed by it (the companion can’t answer until you agree), and you can change your answer later. AgentMetrics’ AI uses what you share to write replies, transcribe voice, read images and, when a question needs current information, search the web (searches may include your approximate city). It runs on AI infrastructure providers that work on our behalf (processors): they process your data only to answer you, do not use it to train their models, and keep it for at most 30 days to monitor abuse.
When you add a medication, we look up its generic name in openFDA, a public database of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Only the drug name is sent.
AI can be wrong. Check anything important, especially about your health or money.
6. Who processes your data
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| AI infrastructure provider (works on our behalf) | Runs AgentMetrics’ AI: replies, voice, transcription, reading images, web search | United States |
| Supabase | Database, sign-in sessions and file storage | Cloud servers (AWS) |

| bible.helloao.org, Sefaria, alquran.cloud | Only if you have a spiritual path: the text of the reading of the day (they receive only which passage, no personal data) | United States and others |
| Google Analytics | Website only (agentmetrics.co), only if you accept it; never the app: visit statistics | United States |
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety. If the business changes hands, this policy keeps applying to your data.
7. What can show on your lock screen
Medication reminders don’t name the medicine on the lock screen: they say it’s time for your medicine, and the app shows which one when you open it. Other reminders show their title, and the morning message, the widget and Live Activities can show the companion’s words. To keep them private, set iOS Settings › Notifications › Show Previews to “When Unlocked” or turn AgentMetrics notifications off.
8. How long we keep it
| Data | Kept |
|---|---|
| Account, memories, health summaries, medications, reminders, notes, money, photos, insights, goals and their progress | Until you delete them or your account |
| What the companion remembers: learned facts (with their earlier versions) and daily summaries | Until you delete your account |

| Your life expectancy (daily numbers), your phone time if you shared it, and your track record | Until you delete your account |
| Apple Health and phone data you allowed (weighings, moods, questionnaires, notifications, medications, lab results, motion and meeting minutes, approximate area) | Until you delete your account |
| Your spiritual path (Tu camino) and everything in it | Until you ask the companion to forget it or delete your account |
| Your birth time and city, if you gave them for your birth chart | Until you delete your account |
| Things you delete | 30 days in the trash, then permanently deleted |
| Sign-in codes and the IP address used | 7 days |
| Request logs (no message content) | 14 days |
| Error and performance events | 30 days; crash reports 90 days |
| How each reply was made (the context and tools it used) | 30 days |
| What the companion decided each time it could write to you first | 30 days |
| A reply you reported and the conversation around it | Until we resolve the report; deleted with your account |
| Purchase records | As long as tax and accounting law requires |
| Problem reports (automatic or sent by you) | Until we resolve them; no longer linked to you once you delete your account |
9. Deleting your account
In the app, open the menu and tap Delete account. It happens right away: your account, your conversations, memories and daily summaries, goals, health data, connected devices, medications, reminders, notes, money records, insights, your ages, your life expectancy and track record, your spiritual path, and stored photos are deleted, and you are signed out.
- Your subscription is with Apple: cancel it in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- Diagnostic logs stay, without your account, until they expire (section 8). Purchase records stay as the law requires.
- Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
10. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose. You can withdraw a permission (Apple Health, notifications, photos) in iOS Settings at any time. Write to us at agentmetrics.co/support; we answer within 30 days and it costs nothing.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. We process your data to provide the service you asked for (contract), health data with your explicit consent, security and diagnostics on our legitimate interest, and purchase records to meet legal obligations. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
California. You have the rights to know, delete and correct, and not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Mexico. You can exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) through the same contact form. Brazil: you have the rights of the LGPD.
11. Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Our database lets each account read only its own data, our providers encrypt stored data, and your session lives in your iPhone’s Keychain. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.
12. International transfers
Our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, those transfers rely on safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses in our providers’ data processing terms.
13. Children
AgentMetrics is not for children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
14. Website
agentmetrics.co asks before using Google Analytics to count visits; it only loads if you accept, and your choice is saved in your browser. The site also uses a cookie to remember your language. The app does not use Google Analytics or any advertising tracker.
15. Changes
When this policy changes we update the date above; if the change is important, we tell you in the app before it applies.
