What is AgentMetrics?
An AI copilot on WhatsApp for your nutrition and energy. Send a photo of your meal or a question, and it replies with what you ate, how you slept, and what to change.
How does it work?
You send a photo, voice note or text to a WhatsApp number. The AI reads it, logs it, and connects the dots with your sleep and recovery. Nothing to download, no forms to fill.
What can I track?
Food (by photo, voice or text), weight, weekly focus, sleep and recovery (via WHOOP), expenses, reminders and notes. You can also send a photo of a blood test and it explains it back to you.
Why WhatsApp and not an app?
Because you already live there. Zero downloads, zero passwords, zero learning curve. If you can send a message, you can use it.
Is it safe to send my data over WhatsApp?
Yes. We use the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API), not a hacked bot. Your messages travel encrypted and live in a private database only you can access.
Does it work in WhatsApp groups?
No. AgentMetrics is a 1-on-1 chat with your personal account. That way nobody else can accidentally see your food, weight or health data.
Do I have to use WHOOP?
Not at all. It works great for nutrition without WHOOP. If you connect it (30 seconds from the dashboard), the AI starts correlating what you eat with your sleep and recovery.
Do you support CGM (glucose monitor)?
Not yet. It's coming. Today we support WHOOP and your manual input. When CGM lands, we'll let you know on WhatsApp.
Can I send a photo of my plate?
Yes. The AI recognizes ingredients, estimates portions, and gives you calories, protein, fat and carbs. If something isn't clear, it asks instead of guessing.
Can I send my blood test results?
Yes. Send a photo or PDF of your lab report and it explains each marker in plain language, flags what's out of range, and suggests what to ask your doctor. It doesn't replace your doctor.
What languages does it support?
14 languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Filipino. The AI detects yours automatically and replies in it.
Who sees my data?
Only you. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers or train public models on it. We comply with GDPR and LFPDPPP. You can export or delete everything anytime.
How much does it cost?
$2.99 USD per month. The first 30 days are free and we don't ask for a card to start. If it's not for you, just don't add a card and it pauses.
How do I cancel?
From the Pricing page or from Settings in the dashboard, one click. Your access stays until the end of the period you already paid for. No surprise charges.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays for 30 days in case you come back. You can export it anytime from Settings, or ask us to delete it immediately by writing to soporte@agentmetrics.co.
